We saw quite a high number of properties through various estate agents and Symonds and Sampson stood high above the rest. Julie had a good read on the type of character property that appealed to us. In a long chain with all other so-called professionals being totally non-communicative and belatedly reactive at best, it was Julie Moore at S&S who kept us informed and was proactive in creating a network with other agents in the chain in order to keep the pressure on all parties. We wonder if we would have completed without Julie’s involvement. Her manner was professional and calm whilst still being clear as to precisely what needed to happen. She also enabled us to take a week’s holiday in between moving out and moving in! It was needed.....
