Managed to buy a house over the phone while on holiday in France. We'd previously seen a house listed on the Symonds and Sampson website that matched our criteria but it was sold STC. Then i got a Rightmove notification that it was back on the market. Matt from the Beaminster office wouldn't let me proceed to buy it without a viewing so arranged a tour of the house via Face Time. Anyway, bizarre as it sounds and all credit to Matt its now my house. Matt was great. Good communication all the way, very proactive and managed to keep things moving along. Way better than the agent i'm using to sell my house. A nice bottle of red on completion too.

The team at Symonds and Sampson, Beaminster, recently undertook a long and complicated sale of my mother's flat that also involved a Housing Management Association. The whole process took over eight months and ended with a successful completion. It took determination and endurance as we encountered one delay after another! This was met with support, good humour and resilience by all the team. Hardly a day went by when I wasn't given an update by one of them.
