I engaged Ashington Page after interviewing 3 other estate agents to sell my house. It was clear from the outset that this company was the only one of the four where the agency representative (Belinda) actively engaged and listened to me and my thoughts and concerns on selling my home.The others had pre-conceived notions on marketing my home and did not listen. I did not hesitate in giving them my business.Throughout the marketing process I was consulted and some of my better ideas were utilised. The Team conducting viewings and maintaining communications with me were extraordinarily professional, friendly and courteous. The agency could not be faulted, it was effective at selling my home and did so with great aplomb . We were confident throughout that we were in able caring hands. All the Team were stupendous with particular praise to Belinda and Tracey who were absolutely amazing.
