Terrible Lettings Agency - booked me in for several viewings after assuring me there was no one else viewing. Fast forward to day of viewings I get a cancellation email saying the property has had applications taken on it! Absolute heinous company, avoid at all costs.

Myself and my husband had a viewing booked for a house in Yeovil with zest bath on Saturday and they didn't show, call or even email to let us know that the property has been SOLD. We were told that it was an open day viewings only. Very unprofessional and just rude to not have the decency to let us know that they wouldn't be showing up. My husband had to take the morning off of work and we had to get a babysitter for our son. So all in all very annoyed.
