Reside's attention to detail with regards to inventory, paperwork (including paperless, and a grasp of technology), plus their accommodating attitude and transparency when it comes to charges, makes them stand out. However, they are poor with communications, especially regarding outstanding issues. They also made a royal mess of a contract renewal process, where we found them combative and uncompromising, and they were clearly acting in the best interests of the landlord. Our deposit was returned promptly, but we didn’t enjoy our last couple of months with Reside at all. Best avoided.
