Before writing this I went and read the previous reviews. My, what a difference of opinion! Martin & Co are, in my experience, a five star company. Fast, efficient and courteous. I suspect that being a letting agent is a difficult balancing act; you have two distinct customers, the landlord and the tenant, whose views and needs may sometimes conflict. Martins walk that tight-rope with professional ease.

I had a very positive experience with Martin and Co. In Basingstoke. Andrew Sheldon and the branch in general were courteous and professional throughout the process of finding tenants, and their advice was solid. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
