I have used Martin and Co for many years. In particular the tenant find part of their service has been superb, largely down to the efforts of Andrew Sheldon in my opinion. I stopped using them a couple of years ago due to high turnover of support staff (property management) which caused issues for my tenants at the time and the 'then management' seemed un-interested in fixing. I am delighted to say that after a management change, Martin and Co. seem to be back to their pro-active selves: Having struggled to rent a country property for the 4 months with another agent, Andrew called me with an offer to help. He found tenants within 10 days - a lovely family that wanted to move in within 3 weeks (beginning of July 2016). I could not be happier with this result.

I decided to get Martin & Co to give me some advice on renting my property as I'm a newbie landlord. Andrew came round and took some photos and advised me on many points. I was very impressed with how professional he came across and was very happy that a tenant was found and the property was rented out within 24hrs. Andrew did a good job selling my house. I live overseas and wanted to not be present for any part of the sale process. The property was tenanted when we started it at the beginning of February. We had a few email communication glitches, particularly with the property details but an open day was arranged for 20 Feb and 2 offers received on 22 Feb, both higher than I was hoping for. The team at Martin&Co dealt with the tenants and buyers to arrange exchange and completion dates which suited everyone and we completed on 10 May. I'm very happy with how things went. Thank you.
