Hi, We rented a house which was managed by Belvoir for more than 3 years. As I had mentioned that it was best agency in town when it comes to any maintenance issues in the house. I left the house as I left the town on 10th Dec. The checkout was done on 14th Dec by Jo. She did checkout with all fairness and consideration that we stayed with kids and minor scuffs were present but they were considered ok. What best can I ask as I got my deposit back within 5 days of my checkout. Special thanks to Jo for being super fast and being fair. We were worried about checkout but she assured us that the tenancy duration is kept in mind & normal wear and tear is acceptable.. It was very kind of her.
