A great experience. Because we are young and this is one of our first properties for renting a lot of agents in town brushed it off. The agent came prepared and had answers for all of our questions. Property itself was presentable I’ve been absolutely beautiful location it was professionally clean before we moved in everything was Great. I would absolutely recommend renting from Belvoir to my friends and I hope we can stay with them and future if we need to find a different property!! .

Specifically Emily, Jamie, Natalie & Sarah-Jane, who I have spoken to on a number of occasions, (and to all the other members of the team who I haven’t mentioned), they are polite, professional and I felt supported throughout the entire process. For me, the team came into their own with their brilliant communication skills, which was ultimately the glue that held the sale together. Unfortunately, my instructed solicitor was less than satisfactory and the sale took a lot longer to complete than would be expected. Both I and my buyer received regular updates, whilst the team acted as a go between when required between solicitors, and would assist me in chasing up my solicitor too. ? Letting through Belvoir has been one of the most pleasant and happy experience. Right from setting up the rental to managing all the issues related to maintenance were managed quite professionally. Their application for logging the issues is quite effective and their turnaround time to get the contractor at the site and get those resolved have been always effective. I never had a single complaint about issue resolution on my rented property. However the real experience comes when one steps out of the property and the checkout process kicks in. I had my prior bad experiences and others known however I am really pleased and satisfied to share that Belvoir has continued their high standards of their service even till the end of the checkout process. This is the second time I have had the pleasure of dealing with Belvoir Basingstoke, once for a purchase and more recently when I became a landlord for the first time. On both occasions I found the team to be very professional, friendly and efficient. From the very first point of contact everyone was friendly and professional. Communication is very strong and I was updated at every stage of the sale. Unfortunately the first sale fell through which had nothing to do with Belvoir. The house was put back on the market immediately and viewings quickly followed and thankfully another offer. If it was possible, communication was then even more effective and Natalie has been outstanding. I've dealt with a lot of estate agents over the years with mixed experience. We chose Belvoir Basingstoke because we liked their approach. Firstly they LISTENED to what we said rather than ram scare tactic sales techniques down our throats, something I cannot say about another agent we asked to value. Second their staff were always courteous and treated us with respect. You'd think that would go without saying, but not always the case! Third they gave honest advice about a realistic market price. Belvoir took excellent property photos and did not charge an extra fee, unlike competitors. They marketed well on the internet portals - again for no extra fee. Jon dealt with everything from valuation to offer acceptance and it then passed to Jamie. Throughout we were given weekly updates even if there was nothing much to report. I really recommend this agency for their professional 'modern' approach. Even though we could not instruct for several weeks after valuation, Jon did not use scare tactics to try to force our hand to sign up but understood our circumstances and he did keep us updated with useful email updates on market trends until we were in a position to formally sign up and market. Jamie chased solicitors during the process of offer to completion and also gave weekly updates so we were never left in the dark.
