Myself and my partner recently had to leave our current property due to a pest infestation. (Not rented though Belvoir) We had been searching for a new property to rent however all other estate agents were not very helpful due to advertising a property and letting it out within 24 hours due to allowing people to put holding deposits down without viewing first. This made it impossible for us to find somewhere as we knew we had to view a house before renting. We saw Belvoir were advertising a house that we liked the look of and much to our delight it was Tracy who met us at the property so that we could view it. We had rented through Belvoir back in 2018 and were quite certain that we wanted to rent with them again as they were incredibly professional and friendly the first time round. We didn't expect Tracy to remember us from 2 years ago however as soon as we arrived she recognised us straight away. Unfortunately we did not like the property which was frustrating for us as we really wanted to rent with Belvoir. 1 week later we saw that they were advertising another property which we enquired about. Tracy met us at the property the next day and this time round we loved the house. Tracy told us exactly what steps we needed to take in regards to securing the property and how to go about this with the staff in the office. Every time I have phoned the office I have been treated with such respect and professionalism. We are ever so pleased to be with Belvoir again it feels like we are 'coming home'. I also would like to mention Kate and Laura who have been so helpful with our reference checks and have guided us both though the whole process from start to finish. I really can not recommend Belvoir enough and all the lovely people who work there. Thank you for finding us a home when we needed it the most :)

Would highly recommend Belvoir to anyone who wants a professional honest letting agent. Specially if you get to deal with Kate and Tracey .. they are brilliant!

We used Belvoir for our sale and found the whole team really professional, not just in terms of making the sale but the post sales progression, that often gets overlooked, but they were excellent at keeping the information flowing through the chain. I would definitely use them again.

Professional, thorough, and fair

We have recently come to the end of a 6+ year tenancy with Belvoir. We knew from the start that they were a good agency, when our washing machine needed attention shortly after moving in, and was sorted incredibly quickly. They are always helpful and attentive, as well as being thorough. Special mentions go to Jo, who dealt with our post-tenancy check out both fairly and quickly (as well as answering our queries beforehand), and Carol (with whom I spoke to on the phone prior to our notice being handed in - she was absolutely lovely to talk to). Highly Recommend

I highly recommend Belvoir Basingstoke who have handled the sale of my property. From the start I was impressed with Jamie's honest, up front valuation of my property followed by promptly marketing. Potential buyers were vetted which meant fewer but more serious viewings with no time wasters this was a big plus point for me. The communication and dedication from the whole team has been superb. I have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir and it’s staff for the friendly, helpful and efficient way they dealt with me over my tenancy. They made the whole procedure easy and seamless from the initial viewing with Tracy up to the smooth handover and full return of deposit dealt with by Jo. I feel as a tenant I was dealt with fairly and any queries were dealt with in a timely manner.
