Trust me, choose Belvoir. I made the mistake of choosing a big brand like Carsons who quite frankly are awful. The provide zero customer service and little updates - I did all the chasing. In fact I felt like when I called them I was in the way of them doing other things. Here's the kicker... despite not choosing Belvoir to sell my house I did buy one from them. Matthew Smith (Basingstoke branch) still updated me and every time he knew more than Carsons, you know the people selling my house!!! Thanks Belvoir for filling Carsons void in my sell and making my buying experience fantastic . Upon collecting my keys I was greeted and made to feel welcome, trust me this company (Belvoir) is all about customer service and making the experience better - they gave me a lovely house warming gift with lots of goodies to help my first day. Seriously, choose them. Don't make my mistake and be sucked in by big brands like Carsons who's manager visited me (nice guy) but then never to be seen again and handed me over to miserable sods who quite frankly don't care. Had I chosen Belvoir the guy who sold it to me would have seen it through from start to finish. So that's a tip for you, if you choose a company by the person ask if he will handle it from start to finish.
