We chose Belvoir as they were recommended to us by a family friend. From the moment we met Jamie, it was a very friendly, but professional welcome. Having met with two other Estate agents, decided that we preferred Jamie and Belvoir to sell our house. Having discussed our hopeful sale price, we were advised by Jamie, that it was probably priced a bit high, let us try and get the best deal. But alas having reduced the original asking price, Jamie was actually correct in his estimations. All the staff are friendly, helpful and to name only a few, would like to personally thank Aaron, Keith, Taylor one of the receptionists and of course Jamie, who I telephoned for advise, with anything regarding the sale. Nothing was too much trouble. Also Keith who showed buyers around our home, locking up afterwards, with a professional approach to detail. Particularly the move manager Aaron, as well, for the speed he had working with the solicitors. I have already recommended Belvoir and wish them all well, but most of all, thank them for putting up with difficult buyers! How they do that is beyond me!
