I had an excellent experience with the Basingstoke Belvoir team throughout the purchase of a flat. Katie initially was our point of contact and we were really pleased with the weekly updates over the phone and she answered all the questions we had. Our bank initially misidentified the property during a valuation and we were not given a mortgage as a result. Thanks to I believe Ali providing us with floor plans for the property which he obtained from the vendor we were able to clear up the issue with our lender. Once solicitors were instructed by the vendor Natalie began handling our case and she has been a pleasure to deal with throughout the process, she is very easy to contact and quick to respond and gave us invaluable advice throughout which probably saved the purchase from collapsing multiple times due to mistakes made by our solicitors, she is clearly highly experienced which was reassuring during a highly stressful purchase. I’d also like to thank Peter for his help and advice throughout the process he really helped us out at multiple points. The whole team is incredibly polite and knowledgeable so regardless of who you get through to on the phone they are always prepared to help. We’re really happy with the service we received from Belvoir Basingstoke and will absolutely use them again when it comes time to sell or purchase another property.
