However, I entrusted the rental of my property in Brentwood to Jayne at Belvoir Basildon and the experience was excellent - in fact the opposite of what you see and read from other lettings agents. Jayne was courteous, helpful, informative and spot on with compliance requirements (boring but necessary to prevent landlords being hit with big fines). Very, very highly recommended.
