So we found our perfect then place, we got a viewing so quickly and was able to secure the place even faster we are now moved in and it's just perfect for us, massive thank you to both Michael and Holly for the viewing and also for the help during the process with any questions we had, they was both very friendly and helpful throughout. Review update, they get you in a place then ask for review then they stop helping you, we was with hot water and heating for 7 months it was tempermental, they sent someone to fix it to which he even said he will make a note that we need a new one yet some how 7 months later is when we got a new one we are now waiting over 2 weeks to here about our deposit (there are some items on inventory were NOT in the house when we moved in) they never answer there phone, please make sure if renting with these you take pictures and video of everything and make sure there's a email of paper trails to go back on.

The most unhelpful company I've ever dealt with. I have been a tenant with Balgores for over 10 years and if it was my decision I would have used another agent. I never normally give bad reviews, however they don't really deserve 1 star. If I could give you some advice, find another agent. DON'T USE BALGORES

Extremely disappointed with the Unprofessional behaviour of the lettings agent responsible for viewings of Cherrydown East, Basildon. I had booked viewings for the same 3 times and all 3 were cancelled. One of my viewings was canceled at the appointment time after I had arrived at the property (Can't believe I travelled from London for such an experience). He dint have even the basic decency to apologies.

Poor service, closing work orders with no response. Rude staff when you chase them for things they should have done, awful at responding to emails. Outdated emergency call out number leaving you for hours in a house with a flooded kitchen. SAR report has missing response to email they have replied to. Fourth agencies we have been with and by far the worst. Think twice about renting through the agent.

I will never deal with this agents again.Made offer on three properties, other agent was selling cheaper then them.They don't like it and kept the seller and buyer in dark just to get their commission.CHEAP Booked appointment with the mortgage adviser and he didn't have my full documents, but cancelled appointment one hour before by sending mail and leaving voice mail.Didn't have guts to talk to their clients, such as unprofessional behaviour about them told me we can't help young reason was given. Just to mess there customers they can go to any extend specially their staff members Office manager Daniel and Hollie lied very professionally. Decision was made who they going to sell the house just kept us in the dark by their great lying nature.Time waste office with cheap class language. I had phone call from above name to update me, but I am not dealing with this property I don't have information about it, what was the update?
