What I liked about Balgores mainly was their staff. They were very polite and professional. Especially since i was staying in a hotel and the cost was adding up badly with every day passing, Masum Miah helped me very much when I asked them to expedite the check-in process and with his help, I managed to move-in way earlier than I thought I would. Overall, it was a nice experience and would defnitely recommend Balgores to my friends.

Incredibly efficient and very reassuring staff. I have been with Balgores since 2011. They had provided very good service of looking after my property over the years. Recently my property was vacated by the tenants who had lived there for almost eight years. After renovation and necessary work, Balgores helped me again to find good tenants. Mr. Michael Charles, the property letting manager and his team had put lot of time and efforts in getting the right tenants. Mr. Michael was so kind to take on board all our considerations and concerns before further renting our property. I am extremely pleased with the prompt service provided from Michael the letting agent, he was very understanding of my situation and found a tennent within days which went very smoothly. So far so good. Well done.

I only received my keys yesterday… even though I haven’t moved in yet, I’m quite happy with the service that I’ve receive so far… Just few miscommunication on viewing at the beginning but that’s normal for agents. Aside that, from the moment I showed interest in the Flat till I received the keys, it’s been such a smooth ride. All thanks to Grace and Michael.
