I will never deal with this agents again.Made offer on three properties, other agent was selling cheaper then them.They don't like it and kept the seller and buyer in dark just to get their commission.CHEAP Booked appointment with the mortgage adviser and he didn't have my full documents, but cancelled appointment one hour before by sending mail and leaving voice mail.Didn't have guts to talk to their clients, such as unprofessional behaviour about them told me we can't help young reason was given. Just to mess there customers they can go to any extend specially their staff members Office manager Daniel and Hollie lied very professionally. Decision was made who they going to sell the house just kept us in the dark by their great lying nature.Time waste office with cheap class language. I had phone call from above name to update me, but I am not dealing with this property I don't have information about it, what was the update? I have to give one star this agent doesn't even deserve that. Such as poor service and bad management.

TO AVOID. They do not care about people and about their personal details. Disgusting service where they had us waste all day collecting all the personal documentation to send them such as bank statements, passport, proof of address, etc... for a property that already had an offer accepted. This branch should be closed and all people there fired for approving this. Who want to treat with businesses that do not respect people and their personal details?

Customer service is non existent, lady names Joanne just tried to argue with me on the phone! No one checked the house before I moved in, so house was in an uninhabitable condition, had to sort this myself as I was in a desperate situation with a baby. Don't bother with them, so many problems and I've only been living here 2 months! Wish I had gone elsewhere. After posting this review, I was contacted by Michael Bacon the Area Manager. He kept in contact with me and updated me on everything. Very polite and helpful, needed him from the start.

If possible I would have given -5 stars, this agency is totally ridiculous. I booked to view a flat and I was literally 5 minutes late called Misha the lady from the agency who was meant to show me the flat and she just left.. I told her that I drove 2 hours to get there and that I was there already but she didn't want to listen and just told me to call the office and rearrange the viewing. I don't know if they do this with everybody but this VERY STUPID AND RIDICULOUS. Maybe there racists or something or just don't care absolutely about theqir job.

Were very nice before renting the property. After we did, they are now ignoring us and property problems that have been left from the previous tenants. Would not recommend to anyone

From the start we was bullied and pressured to use balgores for everything our offer was accepted and they pestered the life out of us and the broker, when ready to send in a surveyor I was told it was vued yesterday and sold for considerable more of which I'm not at liberty to discuss with you, this came from the managers mouth. My advice, there not to be trusted and stay away if possible
