They very quickly found a buyer, but where they really excelled was staying involved throughout and chasing all parties and pushing the property through by constantly communicating up and down the chain. Sarah Oakley was fantastic and it was a really easy process. Not so much can be said for solicitors unfortunately.

We used Lucy from the mortgage advice bureau who helped us obtain our mortgage to buy our first home. All the advice given was really useful and relevant to us. She found us the best deal which was affordable for us and everything was dealt with really quickly with the offer of a mortgage done within a week, hopefully we should be living in our first home in the next month or so!

What I liked about Balgores mainly was their staff. They were very polite and professional. Especially since i was staying in a hotel and the cost was adding up badly with every day passing, Masum Miah helped me very much when I asked them to expedite the check-in process and with his help, I managed to move-in way earlier than I thought I would.
