On behalf of our family we cannot thank Sarah Oakley enough for all of her hard work from start to finish - she was professional throughout, so conciseness and chasing any queries we had (which was many). Towards the end of the process we believe the exchange happened because Sarah constantly chased everyone in the chain - often doing the chasing that the solicitors should’ve done.
