Helped us with purchase of our new Home and saved me from big charges when i remortgaged and he realized at end of the process that i am thinking of selling to get something a bit bigger. He changed the whole mortgage again to one that doesnt charge fees for early Termination:) can only recommend

As a first-time buyer, I was very anxious about the ins and outs of buying a property. I'd heard the process could be very stressful. After saving my money while renting through Balgores, I contacted their sales team and spoke to Sophia. From the very first phone call, Sophia's warm, welcoming manner and friendly nature immediately put me at ease. She invited me into the office to discuss properties within my budget and also introduced me to their mortgage adviser. Sophia arranged several viewings and has been guiding me through every step of the process, always keeping me informed and making everything much less daunting. From the moment Paul Dobbs came to value our property, it was clear he had our best interests at heart. My Mom is in her 80's and Paul came to value her home in Gratmore Green.
