I wanted to leave a review as this is the second time I have used balgores. First three years ago when purchasing a property and again this year when selling and buying at the same time. Everyone there has been so helpful from start to finish and I recommend them. I wanted to say a big shout out to Sarah Oakley who not only kept me sane throught out the process with regular updates and calls but was always so helpful. No question was to much for her and I greatly appreciate all her help. She actually also dealt with my purchase three years ago and she's been a star both times. She made a tough time for me easier with her help. I also wanted to say a massive thank you to Sean who balgores recommended as a broker. Not only did Sean find me an amazing morgage deal but he stayed in touch throughout the process and I'll be using his expertise again in the future. Lovely estate agents and people. Most viewings were accompanied by an experienced and caring staff member who took the time to find out about our property and answer prospective buyer's questions in detail, this took the pressure off us to show people around and it's a service I recommend. Sarah went above and beyond, liaising up and down the chain with estate agents and solicitors, ensuring that everything kept moving at pace, continuously keeping me up to date at each step of the process, never forgetting to add that human element to her service, showing understanding and empathy to all parties involved. Dillon and Sara were excellent during the course of our house sale. They were extra friendly, prompt, extremely responsive and across every call and email to help get things over the line as efficiently as possible. They quite frankly made the impossible possible extremely quickly. If you’re looking for an estate agent or 2 people to get a sale or buy progressed. Sarah and Dillon are the people you need!

Currently renting from balgores. Really easy process, Michael was great when showing us around. After struggling and feeling deflated to find rentals due to the market, Michael did really help us out. We were in within 2 weeks which was really good. Definitely recommend them.
