Excellent communication whether by phone or email throughout the process of changing tenants. Michael and Emily have been excellent in keeping me up to date and issuing the necessary paperwork. The whole team have been amazing in managing the transition process from the previous tenant to the new ones, completing inventory checks and all the legals leaving me just to sign off the cheques!
