I had a really great experience from Daniel and the team at Basildon. Using the Gazelle agreement gave me the peace of mind I needed, and saved the sale at points. In 2023 I tried with 2 other estate agents in Basildon who failed to sell the house. My experience with Daniel, Sarah and the team was amazing, and using there solicitors was helpful as they chased and kept me updated the whole way through the process. I had viewings before the property was even online, it went up on Saturday and I had accepted an offer on Monday. It was less than 12 weeks from accepting the offer and completion date.
