We bought our first home with Rona, being first time buyers we all know how hard it is to get onto the property ladder, Daniel and all the staff at Rona went above and beyond our expectations to make it as quick and easy as possible for us. They made everything run smoothly and nothing was too much trouble which made it a lot less stressful for us. Rona sold my house in Billericay. From day one communication was efficient and professional. Beth always informed me in advance of any viewings and whenever possible I was given feedback within a few days. Ross and his team were professional and helpful throughout the whole selling process, but when delays started happening at the end of the chain Ross came into his own, taking on the responsibility of chasing other agents and solicitors on a daily basis. During our recent move, Rona were representing the house we were purchasing. All through the process I found the team to be excellent, professional and on the ball.....a pleasure to deal with. As is the way in these things, the were a few hiccups along the way, and Rona dealt with them superbly, kept up communication and ensured we knew what was going on. There were a few agents involved in our chain, and in my opinion Rona were the best, and I would not hesitate to use them again. I primarily spoke to Ross, who was brilliant, but at times dealt with Daniel and Beth who were also excellent.

Excellent service from Rona’s in Wickford, especially Ross. They quickly found us a buyer with very many viewings. Due to some issues with the deeds, the conveyance took a further 6 months, but Ross helped keep both us and the buyers informed of the progress, providing excellent help when required. I think they provided an excellent service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody wishing to sell their property in Wickford.

Wheelchair accessible the staff are friendly and helpful we bought our property through them and apart from a few hiccups that weren’t their fault the staff were helpful and responsive they sorted out issues with the vendor all in all very happy with the service we received
