Ross and his team are professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I hardly ever recommend as I'm pretty hard to please but in this instance please please don't go anywhere else! They absolutely know their field and always put themselves out to ensure you have the best experience during what can be a stressful time. Patrick , Daniel and Alex thank you for putting up with us and for making our amazing new house happen, oh and not to mention the amount of viewings 😊

I am currently in the process of buying my first property so all of this is very new to me! We are dealing with Patrick Kelly who has been so helpful, he is always happy to take my calls and updates me frequently. Rona has been nothing but professional friendly and keen to ensure I feel comfortable at all times. I would recommend to anyone who may be a little nervous about selling and buying a property as I have felt confident to leave it in their hands. Estate agents get a bad name but with Rona I can't see why. Very happy with the service so far.

Totally useless-Go elsewhere!!!!

Unprofessional - I called for information on a newly marketed property. The female that I spoke to took my details and said it would be sent in the next few days. Nothing came. Then saw thr property had made it to the website. Rang the office, and male agent had no idea about my enquiry and my details were not registered. Agent not really proactive; really got the feeling he was not interested.

Salesman phones me up 6 months after a consultation (where we came to the conclusion that we are not ready to sell and will get in contact if when we are ready). First thing he says is "I need houses are you selling" bit rude and so was the tone of his voice, was clear he was just after commission. Won't be going with Balgores after this interaction.

Only 4 weeks into buying a house marketed by Balgores and if moving house wasn't stressful enough having to deal with Balgores constant pressure selling tactics and miscommunications really doesn't help. Having already explained I was awaiting NatWest to get back to me and that it takes 5 to 10 working days, I was called 3 times in 3 days and asked 'what I was going to do about the bank holidays?' (to hurry this up) and then told the house I was buying was being put back on the market as a result.. Maybe if you sell with them you get the A* treatment. Buying so far hasn't been a pleasant experience. Let's hope things improve for all parties sake..
