Only 4 weeks into buying a house marketed by Balgores and if moving house wasn't stressful enough having to deal with Balgores constant pressure selling tactics and miscommunications really doesn't help. Having already explained I was awaiting NatWest to get back to me and that it takes 5 to 10 working days, I was called 3 times in 3 days and asked 'what I was going to do about the bank holidays?' (to hurry this up) and then told the house I was buying was being put back on the market as a result.. Maybe if you sell with them you get the A* treatment. Buying so far hasn't been a pleasant experience. Let's hope things improve for all parties sake..

Hard work

Do not use these people as they are not truthful with you as i asked the question weather the property i was selling could be used for putting two properties on the land. I was told NO i was 5ft two short on the width. As Rona didn't get many applications, i moved to another estate agent and they sold it for me. NOW i see the plans have been passed to put TWO properties on the land. SO DON'T TRUST RONA. Rona did reply to my posting but did NOT answer the review i posted. I WILL SAY AGAIN I ASK THE AGENT IF I COULD SELL MY PROPERTY FOR BUILDING AND PUT TWO PROPERTIES ON IT AND HE SAID NO AS IT WAS NOT WIDE ENOUGH. THERE WAS NO MENTION OF PLANNING AT THE TIME.NegativeQuality
