I have recently purchased my lovely new house, through Lovelle (Barton Upon Humber). I was kept fully up to date with everything throughout the whole process and she was always very quick to respond to any questions i had. Moving house can be a little bit daunting and i really am amateur when it comes to this experience (i had to Google certain things mentioned in Solicitor's paperwork etc) but having a friendly and knowledgable person involved, really is invaluable. I used them to sell my property and through no fault of theirs it became a horror story. If they could help or advise they did, if they could chase or assist they did, at every point I knew what was going on. In addition I would recommend anyone who doesn’t have a good solicitor to take their advice and recommendations.

Didn’t have the easiest of sales processes, but that was not the fault of Lovelles. The staff were all efficient, friendly and good with all communications.
