Lovelle at Barton were the selling agent for the property we finally settled on and they could not have been more helpful in bringing the transaction to a successful conclusion. Because we were buying an empty property we relied on the agent to make the property accessible to tradesmen assessing work we wanted undertaking. In this respect Sophie, the progress chaser, exceeded our expectations and responded cheerfully and promptly to all our requests. Whilst the review is written from the perspective of a purchaser, all the staff we came into contact with were professional and friendly and I would expect the same quality of service in selling a property.
