Bought our house thorough Lovelle's Barton. Sophie was great from the start right through to the end of the house buy. She kept us informed via the weekly reports and if we had a problem she would look into it immediately. Would use Lovelle if we move again.

We bought our house through Lovelle - Barton. The house was sold through probate which made things slow and frustrating at times but Sophie was always there to update us and chase things with the solicitors. I'd recommend this branch and Sophie to anybody looking to buy or sell

Lydia Calak at John Payne Plumstead High Street is a star. Definitely your 'go to' if you are looking for a letting agent that hustles. She went out of her way to reach out independently to alert me and my partner to a home she thought might be a good fit.
