A huge shout out to Sophie who's communication and constant help was invaluable and made a stressful process where solicitors, surveyors and others were extremely difficult to deal with. She helped push through our onward sale (which was a private sale and they were getting no income from) at a time when we had critical dates to work to and without them I have no idea where we would have ended up. Always replying to emails promptly and giving continual upadtes when others in the process made life incredibly difficult. We cannot thank them enough or recommend them more highly. I would like to say what a professional company Lovelle's is, from Steve who first showed us around our new house to the girls in the office, but especially Sophie. I wasn't even their customer, I was actually buying from their client but Sophie kept us very much updated and did a massive amount of chasing to keep our purchase on track (unlike our own solicitor), I honestly don't think we would have completed without her. We'll done everyone (but especially Sophie) Mark & Sharon
