We were really struggling with our house move dealing with other state Agents and it was becoming very frustrating for us. We made an enquiry about a property with John Payne and Leonardo Torrejon dealt with our enquiry and he was fantastic! We discussed in detailed what we were looking for and he carefully selected a few properties that match the criteria so we would not waste time and within less than a week he found us the perfect property. We were delighted after months of searching! The process was seamless and speedy thanks to Leonardo. We cannot thank him enough for his help with our search, he was diligent, thorough and very communicative which we appreciated a lot! I recently visited John Payne on Plumstead High Street and met Leonardo, the Lettings Manager. As someone new to the country, I really appreciated how helpful and professional he was. He clearly explained the process of renting a property in the UK and made everything easy to understand. Leonardo was very friendly, approachable, and patient.
