We purchased our house through Michael Anthony in Tring 6 months ago and would like to say how amazing the service was from beginning to end. This was a difficult purchase due to a number of vendors having to be involved in their sale but our absolute hero George Burns was there with us through out. He always made himself available to meet us at the house for our several viewings, meetings with builders to do quotes, many many measuring up visits, architects and structual engineers visits etc etc and stood, often in the freezing cold, whilst the outdoor quotes were being discussed with the various trades. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he always greeted us with a smile and we really appreciated his professionalism and the time and patience he gave to us. George was on to the whole purchase process, right up to completion for us too, this is a really important part as far as we are concerned, with so much to do, ie coordinating solicitors and our purchasers estate agents etc to get our purchase over the line. Thank you so much George and all at Michael Anthony Tring branch for all that you did for us. Michael Anthony is a very good estate agent to purchase through and should we ever want to sell our lovely home they would definitely be our first port of call to sell through.
I recently sold my late mum’s property through this estate agency, and from the very first call the team were exceptionally friendly, supportive, and helpful. Although everyone I dealt with was professional and welcoming, Kate was my main point of contact and she was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process.
Given the sensitive nature of the sale, Kate handled everything with genuine care and understanding. She kept me fully informed at every stage, always taking the time to explain anything I didn’t understand and guiding me through each step with patience and clarity. Phone calls were always returned promptly, and I never once felt left in the dark.
The sale has now completed, marking the end of a very emotional chapter for me. I don’t think Kate realises just how reassuring and supportive she has been during such a difficult time, and I’m truly grateful for the compassion and professionalism she showed.
A huge thank you to the whole team for their help, and an extra special thank you to Kate for going above and beyond. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
