It has been a long first house buying process but Emily has been very patient and helpful. First impression is always important . When we came for viewing as well as when we talked over the phone , Emily was so so friendly . And this made it a lot easier for us. We are so grateful and very happy with the choice made!! Absolutely great service as a buyer from DDM Residential. Emily was instrumental in pushing my seller along, chasing their estate agents and even when needed giving my solicitors a nudge too. It was a bit of a painful process but she was patient, always happy to help and didn't make me feel daft for asking questions. I couldn't recommend them enough, even when Emily was on annual leave I was told before hand and everything was covered off by Kate on the day of completion. Absolutely brilliant!
