If you need a lettings agent to help you find tenants, DDM Lettings are the one for you. I recently bought a block of 8 newly built flats and spoke to Kate and Lynne from DDM Lettings about using their tenant find service. They inspected the properties, helped to get them up to lettings code and found tenants in less than a month of marketing. Excellent service from a 1st class firm.
Reply from DDM Residential Barton: Thank you so much, Ash! We're thrilled to hear that Kate and Lynne provided excellent service in helping you find tenants for your new flats.
