As a new landlord in the process of building a portfolio of buy to let properties, I first came across DDM while researching lettings management companies in the area with a strong reputation. They also happened to be the existing lettings management company for the first property to complete within my portfolio. From the outset, my interactions with Lynne and the wider team have been extremely positive. They have been responsive, efficient, knowledgeable and reassuringly thorough in all aspects of the management process, which is exactly what I need as a new landlord. I was so impressed with the service that, when my second property completed, I had no hesitation in moving the existing lettings management arrangement over to DDM. I fully intend to continue placing properties within my portfolio under their care as it grows. I look forward to a long standing, positive and productive working relationship with Lynne and the team, and sincerely thank them for all their help, guidance and support so far. I would happily recommend DDM to other landlords looking for a professional and dependable lettings management service.
