I would warn any students against renting from these people, my son rented a propert for a year, he moved out in June, and has been fighting to get his deposit back since then, we call every week and are fobbed off with excuse after excuse, have been promised countless times that it's being sorted, It is now 7th August and he still hasn't got it back so if you're relying on your deposit to rent somewhere else you've got no chance.
