DDM Residential Barton

Highly Recommended – Professional, Helpful & Hassle-Free Letting service! I recently rented a wonderful property through Mann Lettings in Canterbury, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From my initial enquiry, the team—particularly Holly and Paul—were responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. As I was relocating from overseas, managing the time difference could have made communication difficult. However, Paul consistently went above and beyond, taking calls outside normal business hours to answer my questions and keep everything on track. The team was transparent and honest about costs, timelines, and market conditions, which gave me confidence from the outset. Once I found the right property, the process moved quickly and smoothly. Team remained flexible with their availability from making an offer to collecting the keys. What impressed me most was Paul’s willingness to assist with a parking issue that fell outside the scope of the letting service. He took the time to help me secure a nearby parking space before my move, which made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, professional, and customer-focused letting agent in Canterbury, I highly recommend Mann Lettings. Their commitment to excellent service truly stands out. Five stars without hesitation. I would gladly use their services again and recommend them to friends and family. — Happy Tenant, July 2026 JK
