We experienced extremely poor communication with a very unprofessional and rude attitude from the Barton Branch, I certainly wouldn't use them again!
Reply from DDM Residential Barton: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you feel the communication during your sale fell short of expectations. Providing a clear and supportive service is extremely important to us, and we regret that this was not your experience.
Having reviewed the details of the transaction, we can see that our team remained in regular contact throughout, with consistent updates by both phone and email at 47 different contact points, and a straightforward sale that completed close to the original asking price.
We understand that completion day can be particularly stressful, especially when removal timings, access requirements from buyers and chain timings don’t align as hoped. While these logistical elements sit outside of our control and are not a reflection of our service, we do appreciate how frustrating they can feel at the time.
We would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns in more detail so we can better understand what led to your disappointment and ensure we continue to improve. If you are willing, please contact us directly at your convenience.
Thank you again for your feedback.
