The Barton branch has been absolutely excellent in offering advice to this elderly newbie of a house-buyer, and in keeping me informed on developments, including doing a spot of entirely unprompted chasing if folk to keep the enterprise moving. Special thanks to Emily, with whom were most of my dealings.
