I am a landlord and have used Letcheck since 2016. Since they have been unfailingly reliable and efficient, as well as inexpensive, I have no reason to look for an alternative company! The quality of the photos is good and I feel as though the inventory clerk’s comments are comprehensive and accurate. I have never had any complaints from tenants that the check in or check out reports are inaccurate. Communication with the bookings team is extremely straightforward. Would recommend.
