We had three Local estate agents out to value our house, looking at getting it on the market, all three were very similar in what they offered, However, in my opinion, Sophie from Webbers was by far the most competent, She went through everything in detail leaving no question unanswered, she worked with us to achieve the asking price we wanted for our house (We actually achieved higher than the asking price) I couldn’t recommend Sophie and Webbers enough!
Reply from Webbers Estate Agents Barnstaple: Thank you so much, Matthew, for your fantastic 5-star review! We’re delighted you chose Webbers Estate Agents Barnstaple and had such a positive experience with us.
It’s wonderful to hear how Sophie stood out during your valuation process, her dedication to clear communication, attention to detail, and working closely with you to achieve the right price truly reflects the high standards we aim for. Achieving above the asking price is a brilliant result, and we’re so pleased we could help make that happen for you.
Your kind recommendation means a great deal to the team and highlights why so many people trust our Estate Agents in Barnstaple for property sales across North Devon. If you ever need advice or are looking to sell your home in Barnstaple again, we’d be more than happy to help.
