Webbers were incredibly helpful with our house purchase from start to finish. The first house they sent details on was a perfect match to our requirements, and we immediately made an offer "sight unseen" without looking at any other properties. The whole process was more complicated since we were living abroad and had a house to sell, but we were able to move from offer to completion in about 3 months, exchanging contracts after only 2 months. Communication was great every step of the way, despite an 8-hour time difference: we always knew exactly what was going on and were able to contact our agent easily. If I find myself in a position to buy or sell another home, I know exactly where I'm going! Thanks Webbers!
Reply from Webbers Estate Agents Barnstaple: Thank you very much, Rob, for your 5‑star review and for choosing Webbers Estate Agents Barnstaple.
We’re delighted to hear that we were able to match you with the right property so quickly and support you from offer through to completion, particularly given the added complexity of buying from abroad and managing a sale at the same time. Clear, consistent communication is especially important in situations like this, so it’s great to know you felt fully informed at every stage despite the time difference.
Your feedback highlights exactly what we aim to deliver at our Barnstaple, North Devon branch: strong local knowledge, proactive service and a smooth experience for our clients. It’s reassuring to hear the process moved so efficiently and that we could make what can be a challenging journey feel straightforward.
Thank you again for your kind words and recommendation. If you ever find yourself looking at houses for sale in Barnstaple, or considering property sales in North Devon, we would be very happy to help.
Best wishes,
Matt Davey – Local Director, Webbers Barnstaple
