Kez Symes is professional, responsive and efficient. He showed the property well, gave me his opinion on what work could be done to achieve its true potential and did not rush us through the house. He kept to his word by informing me of another offer that came in, encouraged the vendors to wait for my offer before making their decision, guided me towards the acceptance threshold and was efficient in sending the criteria paperwork. I viewed the property on Friday, had my offer accepted on Monday and my solicitors papers arrived on the door mat on Thursday morning.

I was so glad I chose Ewemove to sell bungalow in Barnstaple. Reading the "39 Steps" at the beginning of the process helped immensely. It gave me a lot of pointers as to what I should try to do when preparing the bungalow for viewings etc. Russell accompanied all the viewings and gave good honest feedback and he and the team were available out of normal office hours when I needed them.
