Having checked out 3 estate agents, Ewemove stood out from the others as being more professional and seeming to understand the marketplace more closely. The other two agents asked me what I wanted to sell at rather than suggesting a selling price. James recommended a much higher selling price than the others who took my guestimate, and was proved to be completely right, actually selling for considerably more than his high price. The company he then uses called ASAP then took over the running of the sale, keeping the solicitors on their toes and keeping me regularly informed from start to finish. I had two neighbours also selling, both having really poor experiences with their agents. So the very high selling price easily covered the higher costs, making it that I won big time. Selling is stressful, but this was greatly reduced by their efficiency. The sale process was slow but that was down to the stamp duty reduction causing excess work for solicitors. I can certain recommend Ewemove.
