I've seen a few houses with MAP and, while I didn't purchase any, I found the agents to be friendly and informed. Most importantly, a few years ago, I stopped by their offices on a whim. I was in the middle of purchasing a property through a different agency, who were being difficult. MAP were really generous with their time and knowledge, informing me of best practice and my rights, which was incredibly helpful. They'll be the first people I call if/when I come to sell.

I chose MAP Estate Agents primarily because of their really good newsletter/property magazine which I've been subscribed to since I looked for a house to buy years ago. I still open the newletters to take a peek at houses and property advice and so I thought probably others must enjoy it to (which would give extra exposure). When I reached out to MAP their response was prompt and their professionalism carried on throughout the process. Louise Ware came to the house, on time and very prepared, with all of the info for nearby properties and also personal knowledge about the area. I trusted her evaluation and also had a second opinion with a different agent to be sure which just differred £5k. Communication was always timely and I was happy with the images and video they captured of our house, as well as the booklet with all the details. Louise was also sensitive to some personal issues we had going on at the time. The team operate with some members always in the office so there's always someone around to speak to and I would highly recommend MAP to other sellers.

These days an estate agent doesn’t need a high street presence, and MAP excels at personal service. The same agent shows each potential buyer around, they know answers to questions, and written feedback is given after a viewing. MAP’s evaluation of my property was halfway between lowest and highest, and that was achieved. Would recommend.
