Absolute full marks to the Team at MAP for their considerable help and expertise when buying our small apartment in Falmouth. Michael Apeitos was charming and good humoured when we first viewed the property and worked with us to reach an agreed price with the vendor, his experience and sensitivity was very much appreciated. The conveyancing process took way longer than it should have have done due to problems with the leasing paperwork.
