I have recently let a property through MAP and I can highly recommend their service. I would not hesitate to work with them again. I am not a frequent reviewer but when something truly stands out it should be recognised. Over several months stretching from first tentatively discussing the idea of a rental, through getting the property ready and deciding how to market it, I feel that Ben and the team at MAP were an enormous help and support to me in making the right decisions and getting a successful outcome. Not only was their approach extremely professional, but above and beyond that they took a great deal of time and trouble to provide advice and information - even when in the early stages before it was clear whether I would be able to go ahead with generating business for them. My impression is that this team are focused on providing a first-class standard of service for their customers and that they really care about helping people (whether purchaser, seller, landlord or tenant) make the right decisions and enjoy positive property experiences.

We bought a house with MAP estate and found them to be professional, friendly and organised. Michael met us on several occasions to view the property and undertake further checks, and he was helpful and also observed distancing guidelines in place at the time. Tracy called us regularly with updates or just to see if we had any questions. She also liaised efficiently between us and the seller. I would not hesitate to recommend MAP.
