MAP Estate agents we always very helpful and supportive through the process of finding a rental property, renting and ending of a tenancy. In this crazy rental market it was hard to find and view properties and was very overwhelming. Personally, I found MAP to be very supportive of this process and their agents went out of their way to help and support in every way they could. Throughout the entire tenancy they were easily contactable and more than willing to help, support and answer questions as well as dealing with any issues quickly and professionally and always worked to keep us well informed of all processes. At the end of the tenancy they worked with us to have a smooth transition and all paperwork aspects were dealt with quickly with inspections and deposit returns sorted very quickly.
