I chose MAP estate agents over other agents I met because I enjoyed Michael’s genuine no nonsense, straight up, down to business attitude whilst keeping a good sense of humour. I chose well, The property sold for the asking price before it even went on the market. Glad I didn’t go for the “Modern Method of Auction” which I felt was being pushed on me by others. Completion took a while but that was because of the buyers having to wait ages for “The Forces Help to Buy Scheme” to go through. I was well updated through out the whole process by Tracy and all stress free. Only stress was moving the last of our possessions to the south of France in October during the storms, sadly weather control isn’t a service provided by MAP.
