There is no finer bunch of friendly folk to share the stressful process of selling than those at MAP. This has been a long, at times painful journey for us thanks to late 'back word' and difficulties with a buyer accessing their promised mortgage. But all through the team at MAP have been at our side. In constant communication and dealing with issues not normally associated with the usual estate agency 'promise to it's client' charter. It was very much like a friend guiding us than the usual 'will get back to you' suit. Shame we don't intend moving again, as we will truly miss our friends at MAP

MAP Estate agents we always very helpful and supportive through the process of finding a rental property, renting and ending of a tenancy. In this crazy rental market it was hard to find and view properties and was very overwhelming. Personally, I found MAP to be very supportive of this process and their agents went out of their way to help and support in every way they could. Throughout the entire tenancy they were easily contactable and more than willing to help, support and answer questions as well as dealing with any issues quickly and professionally and always worked to keep us well informed of all processes. At the end of the tenancy they worked with us to have a smooth transition and all paperwork aspects were dealt with quickly with inspections and deposit returns sorted very quickly.

Michael and Jenni were absolutely brilliant when we were buying our cottage. They helped us promptly with every question we had, and on many occasions went the extra mile to help ease sticking points along the chain. They were so reassuring and we are so very grateful to them for the hard work they put in to ensuring that we could finally move in. We have recently sold 2 flats through Map Estate Agents. The process has been extremely difficult due to lease issues but Tracy & Shelly have been true professionals. Map was the most helpful estate agents we contacted whilst searching for our new home Once we found it the service did not stop in fact it increased Jenni was a very experienced member of the team and was able to recommend solicitors surveyors etc. all a high standard. Special thanks to Shelly Meredith who just understands how to allow you to look round a house and give you space to take it all in but is also there to respond quickly to any requests to make buying a house as enjoyable an experience as it can be. Nothing was too much trouble for Shelly, her professionalism, attention to detail and thoughtfulness were much appreciated. I’m now happily installed in my new house!

I can't recommend these guys enough. I recently had to sell my mum's home after she passed away; Ben and Andrew made the whole process very easy and straightforward. Andrew kept me informed and constantly chased solicitors etc during the whole process which only took around 12 weeks from advertising to completion. They achieved a really good price for the house at a very competitive commission fee. They were also very understanding of how emotional the situation was for me. First class customer care.
