Rude and unprofessional staff , took over 4 months to fix our washer , no communication between departments, genuinely disgraceful response times and attitudes from all staff, I wouldn’t rent from them again or recommend them to anyone no matter how desperate

I believe she was also able to met you at the property a little earlier today and provide an explanation in this matter. With the vendor having anxiety over Covid issues and being difficult to contact we apologise that we were unable to confirm the appointment and trust this has now clarified the matter for you. Thanks to JLL for letting me rent an apartment with full of problems and no one wants to solve the problems for me. I have to wait for a long time to receive the response from the staff and all they have done is keep letting me wait. Update: It has been more than half a year, no one fixes the problems, the agency kept letting me wait, landlord never reply. I am living in a room with a lot of broken items.
Awful service. I rented a furnished apartment, however, moved in to unfurnished and was not provided with half of the furniture from the picture.
